Cloud provider Syncweb offers services for hosting server equipment in own data centers located in Yekaterinburg and Kazan. The Colocation service gives you the opportunity to rent space in a rack on the premises of the Data Center for the physical placement of your own servers, as well as use the connection of servers to high-bandwidth communication channels.

После заказа услуги Colocation специалисты ЦОД отправляют на ваш e-mail письмо с информацией о том, когда необходимо привезти серверное оборудование. В дата‑центре производится экспертная оценка оборудования техническим специалистом ЦОД. В случае необходимости специалист ЦОД может потребовать замену серверного оборудования или его модификации, если оборудование не соответствует требованиям. В момент передачи оборудования на ответственное хранение сторонами подписывается акт приёма-сдачи.

Управление серверов происходит удаленно. Через тикет-систему в панели управления вы можете временно подключить IP-KVM (постоянное подключение оплачивается отдельно). Если сервер поддерживает IPMI, iLO или их аналоги от других производителей, вы можете арендовать дополнительный выделенный порт на сетевом оборудовании для получения доступа к своему серверу извне.

Из соображений безопасности доступ к оборудованию есть только у инженеров Syncweb. По запросу они выполнят перезагрузку, включение, выключение и проведут внешнюю диагностику сервера. При необходимости инженеры вынесут сервер из серверной на специальное место для проведения работ и затем вернут его обратно в серверную.
