One-time administration services

As part of this service, we offer the following types of work:

  • installation, configuration and subsequent maintenance of Web servers - Apache, Nginx and Lighttpd; database servers – MySQL;
  • mail servers - Exim, Dovecot, Postfix; DNS servers - Bind, PowerDNS, NSD;
  • organization of VPN and proxy servers;
  • installation and configuration of ISPmanager, DirectAdmin, DNSManager, IPManager, Ubersmith, SolusVM, VDSmanager, VEmanager control panels;
  • installation of extensions and modules for PHP; solving problems with FreeBSD, CentOS, Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, CloudLinux operating systems;
  • advice on server configuration and operation.

Lite administration package

If you need a stable server operation and guaranteed functioning of hosted applications, then the best solution is a monthly subscription for administration. You pay a specific amount on a monthly basis and receive support when you need it.

With the Lite administration package, the following services are provided to you:

  • Solving technical problems around the clock;
  • Installation of new and additional software around the clock, with a maximum of 10 requests per month;
  • Round-the-clock monitoring of correct server operation and analysis of log files.

PRO administration package

If there are many tasks during the month and it is difficult to predict their number, it is most convenient to use administration package without limiting the number of problems to solve.

With the PRO administration package, the following services are provided to you:

  • Solving technical problems around the clock;
  • Round-the-clock installation of new software and customization of installed software, with no limit on the number of requests;
  • Firewall configuration to minimize attacks on the server;
  • Round-the-clock monitoring of correct server operation, analysis of log files.
  • Interaction with the data center to quickly solve problems without your participation.
