Comodo CA Is now Sectigo

Comodo CA, one of the world's largest certificate authorities, announced rebranding on November 1, 2018. The new name is Sectigo. The rebranding is timed to coincide with the anniversary of the acquisition by Francisco Partners and associated with limiting market confusion and expanding the field of activity not only by issuing TLS / SSL certificates, but also by the fact that the company claims to provide comprehensive protection for any type of information.

If you are purchased Comodo CA certificates, you don't have to worry. All certificates will continue to operate, and you will receive contact details of personal managers after rebranding, but emails will be redirected from comodo to Sectigo. Domains ssl.comodo.com and www.comodoca.com will continue to operate until the end of the rebranding. Starting from January 14, 2019, new TLS / SSL certificates will be issued under the Sectigo brand, as the beginning of one of a rebranding stages.
